He has experience working with senior leadership teams in an advisory role in various sectors including church and education, developing strategies and managing outcomes. He has been responsible for managing several projects and events for schools, churches, the Music Education Hub and others.

Whether working in a consultancy or advisory capacity, a teaching or training role, or leading a team at his local church, Mark brings enthusiasm and energy to his work and always strives for excellence in what he delivers. He instils confidence in those who work with him and always seeks to encourage and develop the skills and abilities of others. He takes pride in enabling a team to capture a vision and to make it their own and places an emphasis on strong communication and the dissemination of information.
